The Sandbox Beach Club, one of the restaurants managed by Groupe Sebastien, is a state-of-the-art beach resort with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the first exclusive beach club destination in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and lifestyle in Ghana.
We are looking for a vibrant and organized individual to join our team for the position of Barback.
Responsibilities:
The Barback will work behind the scenes to support bartenders to ensure customers receive prompt seamless service. You will also work to ensure bar area is always tidy during and after working hours; it will also include

- Tidying up tables, counters and other bar areas
- Restocking the bar with straws, napkins, etc.
- Preparing mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
- Removing trash and wiping down drink spills
- Refilling ice bins
- Assisting the Bartenders during rush hours
- Tracking opening and closing stock inventory
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- Minimum of Secondary School (SHS) Certificate
- Interest in the hospitality industry; previous entry-level experience in a bar or restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes (different types of drinks)
- Physical ability to hold trays of bottles and glassware and stand during the shift
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Good customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

REMUNERATION
Qualified candidates will be paid a monthly salary range of GHS 800 – GHS1000, with Service Charge, Overtime, SSNIT Contribution payment, hospital allowance and staff lunch.
