Key Responsibilities
1. Web and Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, React, and Flutter.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring smooth functionality.
2. System Integration
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application capabilities.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
3. Project Management
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Document development processes, changes, and project progress.
- Provide regular updates to management on project milestones and challenges.
4. Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and clients, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to improve existing systems.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance software functionality and user experience.
6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Address technical challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Assist management in decision-making with well-researched and documented technical recommendations.
7. Any other duties assigned by management

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in web or software development are an advantage.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:
- Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, React, and Flutter.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
