- Assist your Site Supervisor to bring Epiroc's mission statement to life on customer site perform aftersales service on Epiroc's equipment.
Core Responsibilities
- Carry out daily jobs as assigned by the Site Supervisor
- Attend to customers' problem regarding PSD products and perform necessary repairs.
- Apply and maintain all applicable safety standards at work.
- Implement correct working method, use the correct tool, and obey safety rules.
- Write reports on jobs done on the service Job Order form, recommend, and follow up actions including the needed spare parts, if necessary.
- Feedback to onsite Service Supervisor on required follow-up actions.
- Maintain satisfactory cleanliness at equipment and surrounding area after service job is done.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all workshop equipment and/or tools.
- Maintain service vehicle and upkeep workshop area.
- Ensure rigs daily inspections are done.
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Proper reporting and analysis of the warranty failures
- Responsible for diagnosing problems, by using correct tools & equipment's for disassembly/assembly, repair of the equipment to minimize re-work
- Makes sure that all tools and special equipment used on repairs are clean before being returned and returned to original location in working condition.
- Maintain proper job documentation; working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchase in repairs and ensure all the records kept as per company norms.
- Stays up-to-date with current equipment technology and information provided through supervisor
- Other duties and responsibilities:
- Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
- Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
- Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
