We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Operations Specialist to establish and optimize our manufacturing operation in Ghana.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure seamless functioning across departments.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee logistics to ensure timely procurement, manufacturing, and distribution of products, including the Aboniki product line.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align operations with market strategies and customer need. Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all business operations comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational workflows or launching new initiatives. Develop timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure project success.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector, preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and business process optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and execution skills. Someone who can get any task done with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
