Job Description
Report to: Finance Manager
Tesla Electrical and Automation, a leader in the mining, power, and process automation industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and reconcile accounts, including receivables, payables, and general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement process improvements and accounting policies.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification: Part II of ACCA or CA is mandatory.
- Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
