Your core duties will be to work with a team within the client service unit of Home Loans in implementing the client service strategies necessary to manage clients whose home loans have already been disbursed, within specified parameters and ensure exceptional service levels are maintained.
Are You Someone Who Can
- Manage a portfolio of clients whose home loans have already been disbursed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring that all queries and complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that all client needs are met in a satisfactory manner within agreed SLA.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and make recommendations where necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
