Our multinational client who deals in Fast-Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) is looking to hire an Operations Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Administrator you will primarily oversee procurement and marketing, managing sourcing, contracts, compliance, and developing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and advertising.
- Coordinate with external vendors to implement marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in operations, marketing or any other related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to solve problems and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
