Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including vehicle sellers and buyers.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales transactions.
  • Auction Coordination: Organize and manage vehicle auctions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including details about each vehicle's condition, history, and pricing.
  • Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle histories.
  • Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to increase sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to vehicle sales and auctions.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, auctioneers, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations.
