A reputable and full-service integrated marketing communications company with a solid backbone person for the following vacancy: Client Service Executive
Purpose of the job
- The purpose of this role is to plan, organize, contribute to and develop integrated marketing & social media campaigns to promote the company’s products and services
- The job holder will generate 360 business for the company through marketing of the products and services of the group.
- The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users of customers
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services of the company in pursuit of new business
- Maintain knowledge on the company’s products and services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with team on experiential and awareness creation projects, social media campaigns and content creation
- Negotiate, close all sales deals and handle complaints or objections from clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalist and remain in regular contact with your client to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep record of sales and data
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through code calling, networking and social media (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in marketing, and business administration with approximately 3 to 5 years experience agency experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role
- Should possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software, familiarity with social media and web analytics
