Are you passionate about retail and customer service? We're looking for a dedicated shop assistant to help us create an exceptional shopping experience!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute job orders to tailors.
- Maintain customer records on the shop app
- Quality control. Ensuring outfits are in perfect shape, before leaving the shop.
- Organize and label customer orders.
- Organize items on the rack. Ensuring they are well ironed and neat
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide shopping advice.
- Process customer payments efficiently at the checkout.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including after-hours cleaning and rearranging.

Required Skills or Experience
- High school diploma or a university graduate
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven retail sales experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented
