Job Description:
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends and competitors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development plans.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
- Business Development: Find and develop new business opportunities.
- Team Management: Manage the business development team, provide support and training.
Qualification Required & Experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, business administration or related majors preferred.
- 3 years of business development or sales experience, automotive industry experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Fluent English and local language skills.
