We, Car Hunter Limited are looking for patient Sales Assistants to join our team!

Job Position: Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily work of the sales team, including processing customer orders, writing sales reports and updating customer information.
  • Assist in market research, collect and analyze competitor information and market trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in arranging sales meetings and customer visits, and prepare relevant materials and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist sales staff in preparing quotations, contracts and other sales-related documents.
  • Track sales progress and report sales performance and issues to the sales manager regularly.

Qualification Required & Experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors are preferred.
  • At least one year of sales or customer service related work experience, those with Moroccan market experience are preferred.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to handle multiple tasks, and good organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, local language skills preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have good time management skills.

Salary Range: 3000GHS+
