Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Provide information about the hotel’s services and local attractions.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.

Minimum Qualification:
- A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for National Service as per the NSS guidelines.
