A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region has a vacancy for the position of Marketing Officer.
Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced marketing Officers who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services, as well as analyzing market trends and customer insights to drive business growth.
DUTIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends, and use the findings to refine marketing strategies.
- Help build the company’s portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers, through effective communication and networking.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing strategies, performance, and recommendations to the management team.
- Their ultimate goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.

Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry (preferred)
- Applicant must be between 23 and 28years of age and must reside in Accra
- In-depth knowledge in the micro credit environment (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients.
