RESPONSE ONE GHANA, a well-established Company in Ghana is hiring suitably qualified personnel to be part of an exciting emergency operations team to operate in Accra.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Response React Officer ensures the safety and security of residential, commercial, and industrial properties by promptly responding to alarm signals and managing security incidents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake Alarm Response and Incident Management.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, to ensure expected outcomes.
- Accurate and prompt compilation and submission of incident reports.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
- Efficiently use surveillance equipment and systems to enhance operational capabilities.
- Comply with company policies, and legal regulations, and maintain industry standards.

Required Skills or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (as a minimum). Certification and experience in Security management or related fields are desirable.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
- Possess a valid Driver’s (Motorbike) Licence.
- Must possess a valid Ghana Card.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Must have the composure to handle security incidents effectively and professionally.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must possess strong observational abilities.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must demonstrate high Integrity and be capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Must always perform duties with empathy and efficiency.
