Role Description
A Real Estate Broker, or Managing Real Estate Broker, is responsible for overseeing real estate transactions between buyers, renters, and sellers, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and ensuring high levels of customer service to our clients and partners.
Your duties will include reviewing and drafting contracts for buyers and sellers, negotiating deals and sourcing new business, assisting a team of agents to find solutions to complex situations or tasks that may arise, leading your team to successfully close deals, and developing educational opportunities for the continuous growth and development of your agent team.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate laws
- Knowledge of customer service and real estate standards
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress and operate under deadlines
- Supervisory skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Knowledge of Real Property management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
- Public speaking experience
