Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tamale for a Property Manager.
The Property Manager will ensure our facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acquiring new tenants, receiving prospective tenants and scheduling property viewings.
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction and conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys for tenants.
- Handling daily operations of the property.
- Maintaining records of all prospective tenants, signed leases, tenants complaints, maintenance works and tenant surveys.
- Collecting rent and organizing the rent payment schedule in liaison with the accounts officer.
- Supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- Addressing tenant complaints and implementing departure procedures.
- Driving continuous improvements in property management processes.

As our Property Manager, you are required to have these competencies:
- Knowledge in facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance standards.
- Customer Service skills to enable you build and maintain a good relationship with tenants, address their concerns with compassion and empathy while staying in line with excellent customer experience practice.
- Leadership skills to effectively coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to ensure the property is in pristine condition.
- Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills to productively collaborate with the management team and deliver on company goals.
- Negotiation skills to ensure value for money from tenants and external contractors, as well as strong budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all necessary policies are procedures are fully complied with by all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Platforms
- At least 2 years of Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration
- Readiness to learn and take initiative as needed.
- Experience in an industrial or commercial property setting is an advantage
