The Operations Assistant's role is mainly to assist in the implementation of the right processes and practices across the organization. You will be assisting in optimising Groupe Sebastien’s operating model by ensuring daily operations and support in executing on middle to long-term strategies set by the Operations Manager. You will join the operations team in providing effective operational support at the core of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in enforcing policy direction and advice to the company developed by management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure that all parts of the business/offices work efficiently together.
- Participate in initiating and implementing the right operational model and structure in line with our customer solutions.
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
- Liaises with external suppliers and other related support teams to ensure good rapport and good working relationship between them and the company.
- Assist in the implementation of all operational initiatives and strategies in support of the business revenue activities.
- Work with artisans and vendors to ensure projects are efficiently completed
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer
- Maintains contact with the Unit Managers and Chief Operations Officer on operational issues
