Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at JIK MANAGEMENT ADVISORY AFRICA LTD in Accra. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. He / She will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. The Finance Manager will also oversee the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Experience in implementing and managing financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and present financial data effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certification in financial management or related field is a plus
