Leasafric Ghana PLC is a non-bank financial institution specializing in finance leasing. Founded in 1992, Leasafric provides asset finance solutions using the technique of finance leasing. The company is located Accra and the auto-workshop in Adjei Kojo Ashaiman, Ghana.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Quality Assurance Officer at Leasafric Ghana PLC. The Fleet Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for:

• Conducting fleet quality assurance audits
• Implementing quality management control processes & procedures as about large automotive fleet maintenance operations.
• Ensuring adherence to fleet quality standards
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing quality control processes
• Vehicle and equipment specification development
• Vehicle equipment requirements
• Regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in quality management and quality auditing
• 4 years' experience in performing maintenance, repair, or inspection of automotive vehicles and related equipment
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fleet management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
