Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements effective sales and marketing strategies which aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Leads and directs all aspects of sales and marketing operations.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for sales and marketing growth and expansion.
- Manages resources effectively and ensures sales targets for each season are achieved.
- Monitors and analyses performance metrics and suggests improvement.
- Builds and maintains productive and professional relationships with key customers.
- Builds and maintains a high-performing sales and marketing team and promotes a culture of excellence.
- Prepares regularly scheduled reports and sales forecasts.
- Any other related duties as may be assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of five(5) years progressive experience in the same or similar role preferably in an international agro-chemical company.
- Experience in managing a high-performance team.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to translate sales and marketing goals into initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A minimum of a Postgraduate Degree preferably in Business Administration or any related discipline.
