Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing customers.
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Have good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Customer Service: Able to provide customers with high-quality services and establish good customer relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly and effectively.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Customer maintenance: Able to follow up with customers regularly, understand customer needs, and provide personalized services.
