Brolly is seeking a talented and creative Visual Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. The Visual Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate our brand identity, engage our audience, and drive marketing objectives across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling content aligned with Brolly’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies, including graphics, illustrations, photos, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a focus on storytelling and user engagement.
- Design eye-catching graphics for digital advertising, email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Produce video content, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and customer testimonials, using video editing software and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve Brolly’s visual content strategy continuously.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure consistency and alignment of visual assets with overall brand messaging and objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful visual content across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate marketing objectives into visually compelling content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling, with a genuine interest in the insurance and financial services industry and consumer technology.
