Position Description
- Handling end-to-end production activities
- Planning production activities as per customer order and production planning Achieving production and quality targets
- Planning and coordination with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs
- Motivating workmen and inculcating a culture of self-management and excellence in them
- Calibration of all measuring instruments and gauges
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workplace
- Managing the complete team of inline casual staff/labour
- Working on and managing the shop floor
- Supervising the daily output of manufacturing
- Introducing and directing procedures to increase production output
- Adequately judging and handling attendance management, teamwork enhancement and employee complaints
- Preparation of weekly/monthly MIS reports as required by the management and ensuring that all related activities are carried out as per specifications
Primary Responsibilities
- Drawing up production planning and scheduling; activities about production, planning of raw materials, inventory, etc

Educational Qualifications Preferred
- Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering – BE, Bachelor of Technology – BTech, Diploma
Required Work Experience
- Industry: Production experience in metal or related industry
Required Skills:
- Excellent productivity and labour management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team-development skills
