We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Tax and Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to all tax regulations and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar professional certification preferred.
- Proven experience in tax compliance and regulatory compliance, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and international tax.
- Familiarity with compliance management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tax preparation software.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and priorities.
