Our esteemed client, a prominent global corporation, seeks a General Manager to operate from Ghana.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate and implement corporate strategies.
Develop comprehensive business blueprints to ensure goal attainment through efficient operations and market expansion endeavors.
Forge and execute a growth strategy while sustaining and supervising existing sales channels.
Scrutinize financial data, manage budgets, and boost revenue streams.
Assign tasks, oversee executives, and guide to optimize performance.
Address challenges and provide solutions to bolster company resilience and expansion.

Required Skills or Experience

Demonstrated General Managerial proficiency within the FMCG domain.
International work experience as an expatriate, particularly in Ghana.
Proficiency across all business facets encompassing Sales & Marketing, Finance, Trade, HR, and Supply Chain.
Remarkable organizational and leadership capabilities.
Superlative communication, interpersonal, and presentation proficiencies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
