What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Install and Maintain Electrical Systems:
  • Responsible for the installation and upkeep of electrical systems and equipment.

Assembly Of Electrical Systems

  • Assemble electrical systems to meet engineering specifications.

Troubleshooting And Maintenance

  • Monitor and address machine downtime promptly.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and rectify issues causing downtime.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain records of periodic electrical testing.
  • Recommend and initiate modifications or replacements for equipment not meeting acceptable operating standards.

Reporting And Communication

  • Report daily activities and work progress to the Site Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.

Execution Of Maintenance Activities

  • Execute production maintenance activities and assigned tasks by the maintenance schedule/plan.

Non-routine/Breakdown Maintenance

  • Handle non-routine and breakdown maintenance activities efficiently.

Collaboration And Coordination

  • Collaborate with Site electrical engineer and other team members to identify, define, and resolve electrical problems.
  • Liaise with various departments for electrical maintenance works.

Digital Factory Projects And Automation

  • Contribute to and participate in digital factory projects.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation systems.

Machine Downtime And RCA

  • Monitor and address machine downtime promptly.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and rectify issues causing downtime.

Safety Tags Raised Closure

  • Raise safety tags as needed.
  • Ensure timely closure and resolution of safety-related issues.

Best Practices And Efficiency

Apply effective “Best Practice” manufacturing methods to maximize efficiencies and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

  • HND Electrical Engineering Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced exciting work environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to use a variety of tools to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems
  • Assist Maintenance Manager to control and plan work activities.
  • Must have demonstrated basic skills/working experience in electrical systems

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Ability to interpret engineering data and drawings accurately.
  • Installation and Assembly:
  • Proficient in installing and assembling electrical systems and components.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and addressing electrical malfunctions.
  • Experience in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Effective communication for reporting activities and collaborating with team members.

  • Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
