Kingstel Telecom And Networking Solutions is a sole proprietorship company that began operation in 2018. We are a telecommunications and networking solutions company that specializes in both OSP and Structured Implementations. We provide GPON surveys, designs, and installations, fiber optic surveying, cabling, installations, and terminations, supply of fiber optic cables and accessories.
In addition, we offer Local Area Network cabling, computer facilities design and installations, and data communication and Telecommunication works. Our major clients include MTN Ghana, VODAFONE Ghana, Admintelecom Ghana, National Information Technology Agency (NITA), VOBIS Solutions, and CSquared.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for Fiber Optic Cable Pullers at our Kingstel Telecom And Networking Solutions location in Accra. The primary responsibility of the Fiber Optic Cable Pullers will be to plant poles, install accessories on poles, string ADSS cables. This position involves physical labour and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications
- Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic cables
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and diagrams related to fiber optic networks
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
