Digitronix Systems Ltd. seeks an ambitious Sage 300 People Sales Officer who will report to the Product Manager. This role involves spearheading the sales of Sage 300 People solutions, specifically focusing on Payroll & Human Resources modules. The ideal candidate will generate leads, foster client relationships and support sales and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify new business opportunities through diverse channels like networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Research and target potential clients within industries where Sage 300 People can offer substantial value.

2 Sales and Consultative Selling

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight Sage 300 People's features and benefits.
  • Develop tailored solutions aligned with client requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition.

3 Relationship Building

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with prospective and existing clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide expert guidance on Sage 300 People functionalities and their business impact.

4 Collaboration and Implementation Support

  • Work closely with sales and technical teams, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Support clients during the implementation phase, offering insights and assistance with Sage 300 People system onboarding.

5 Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in HR and Payroll solutions.
  • Regularly prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements towards set targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in sales, particularly in software sales or HR/payroll solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Sage 300 People or similar HR and Payroll software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Ghanaian market and business landscape is advantageous.
