This role is pivotal in driving our brand forward in the competitive haircare market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance our brand recognition and market penetration, specifically targeting middle to upper-class men and women with an interest in healthy hair care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand target demographics, market trends,and competitor strategies.
- Develop a robust business plan focusing on market penetration and brand recognition, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
2. Brand and Product Strategy:
- Craft and implement strategies to position our products as the go-to solution for Afro-textured hair care in the African climate.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
3. Digital and Traditional Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media strategy, SEO, and online advertising.
- Implement traditional marketing strategies, such as events, partnerships, and print media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility.
