  • Responsibilities:

    Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Accurately record financial transactions, maintain ledger entries, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to assess the company's financial performance.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in Audits: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring and control of budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Vendor and Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding financial matters and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in Payroll Processing: Support the payroll process by providing accurate financial data for salary calculations.
  • Adherence to Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Contribute to financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
  • General Support: Assist the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects as required.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HND in Accounting.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Experience or knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to assist with various accounting and finance tasks as needed.
  • Ability to reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.

Experience:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-year experience.

Location: Ridge, Accra
