Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Trasacco Properties. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, delivering presentations to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The Sales Executive also provides excellent customer service to our clients and must stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Customer Service skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Outgoing and energetic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- 5 years sales/marketing experience minimum
- Experience in the real estate industry 2 years
- Contract management experience
- First and Second degrees or diploma certificates from an accredited University are a plus
