We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales team and drive our growth in the corporate sector.

Job Overview:

As the Head of Corporate Sales at CompuGhana LTD, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance corporate sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and nurturing key client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our corporate customer base, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the corporate sector, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of corporate sales professionals, setting clear goals and targets and ensuring they meet or exceed sales quotas.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve the corporate sales process, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and expanding our corporate customer base.
  7. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on the status of corporate sales initiatives.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the corporate sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years of successful experience in corporate sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and a solid understanding of our product and service offerings.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
