Application Analyst - Persol Systems Limited

We are seeking an Applications Analysts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of various application interfaces, with a particular emphasis on APIs, and demonstrate an ability to write code.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and interpret application requirements, ensuring that business needs are met with appropriate technology solutions.
• Interface with APIs, understanding their structure, capabilities, and integration potential.
• Write, test, and debug code for application enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and functioning of applications.
• Document technical specifications, procedures, and other relevant information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for application issues, troubleshooting, and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in application analysis and development.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Applications Analyst or in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
