WALSBRIDGE is a market research firm founded to design and deliver solutions to help organisations and business leaders obtain deeper consumer insights, resolve service gaps, and increase growth.
Job Description
We are looking for a smart and resourceful Research Executive to contribute to the technical competency and growth of the company. The Research Executive would gather and analyse data and present reports about customers' behaviour, beliefs and preferences. The successful candidate would also be required to initiate new projects and grow existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Write competitive proposals.
- Analyze data, write reports, and present findings.
- Design research questionnaires.
- Carry out qualitative or quantitative analysis.
- Train and supervise interviewers/field workers.
- Actively participate in business development and marketing activities.
- Plan and manage projects effectively and efficiently.
- Initiate new projects and grow existing ones

Required Skills or Experience
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the market research industry.
- Must have a strong drive to achieve
- Disciplined and have a high level of integrity
- Knowledge of best business practices in the market research industry.
- Proficient in IT applications and relevant software.
Other requirements
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- A degree may be advantageous but is not critical.
- Formal education in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
- Experience in an operations management position, or similar.
