Our organisation situated in Tema community 25 is seeking a passionate, skilled chef to create delicious meals. You will be responsible for planning the menu and ensuring each dish is nutritious and cost-effective. To ensure success in your role as a chef, you should have great organisational skills and impeccable time management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- A strong understanding of nutrition
- Planning the menu, keeping in mind the budget and availability of seasonal ingredients
- Proven culinary experience
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health.
- Requisition stock, supplies, materials or equipment
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
- Ability to read recipes

REQUIREMENTS
- Trained by a recognised institution
- 3 years or more working experience
- Expert multitasking skills
- Passion and pride for delighting people with food
- Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment
- English language proficiency
