Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Act as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are met, focusing on improving the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behaviour to understand changing needs.
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Write client reports
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Arrange and attend meetings
- Make pitches and other agency staff to secure new business for the agency.

Qualification
- BA in English, Communication, Publishing or any related field.
