We are currently looking for Office Administrator to support day to functionalities of iparama administration department.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting and distributing daily emails.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
- Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments.
- Organize courier deliveries.

- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements.
- Deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Update databases and perform general administrative tasks across the organization.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
