• Conduct Initial/Language/Top Grading interviews for all applicants
• Handle relocators (hires from offsite centres and activities)
• Process onboarding and generation of employee IDs and NT logins of new hires
• Manage and maintain the Recruitment database and demographics
• Create weekly and monthly reports (Callout, Leads ge)

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of officer/supervisory level experience in a BPO setting (Volume Hiring)
• Willing to work in Taguig
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
