Provides necessary technical support relating to various applications, system-level software and other general computing applications. Also responsible for any malfunctioning of applications or software systems and analyzing necessary software requirements.
- Responsible for Applications administration and configuration: workflow development and administration along with end-user support
- Responsible for day-to-day support for application-related issues as it relates to incidents and work requests
- Responsible for providing training to the users regarding any application system upgrades.
- Responsible for delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Responsible for assisting with the documentation of application quick reference guides and manuals
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Defines establish and performs regular backups of applications data as and when required
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent technical expertise required

Relevant Experience:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industries.
- Application Software proficiency in MS Project.
- Experience supporting applications within an integrated environment.
- Some software development/writing algorithms experience
- Some experience with databases
- +2year experience in Applications support/management
- Knowledge of Communication and Infrastructure Systems and experience applying these concepts
