--> GFX Prime is a boutique Investment Bank headquartered in Accra, Ghana. We provide wholesale market participants prime liquidity services to assess trading availability and successfully execute trades within the African FX and Credit markets. We are currently implementing our plan to expand into new markets and require an office manager to co-ordinate the following:
- Responsible for recruiting traders, salespeople, and analysts for the GFX Prime expansion project, managing existing and new recruits’ HR needs.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Encourage a collaborative office culture by promoting the use of Slack, Salesforce, Quickbooks, and opportunities for sharing ideas in order to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office premises and manage the firm’s property portfolio.
