Mission/ Core Purpose of the Job:
To design, model, document, maintain and interrelate the various architectural artefacts (for Systems, Integration, Technology, Security, Digital architecture domains) to ensure it supports an agile and integrated architectural environment contributing to a more robust landscape, increased revenue, agility, standardization, reusability, time to market, simplicity and reducing risks, duplication and failures.
Additionally, to be actively involved in all business events, developments and projects to ensure adherence and compliance to the approved EA standards.

Global Talent Standards Requirement :
- 10% Head – Manage the alignment and execution of tactical activities, look to others for guidance and execute innovative commercial practices for continuous improvement.
- 0% Heart – Be self-aware, role model ethical practices, vital behaviours & Values, support team capability development through opportunity creation, build relationships with customers & teams and uphold the MTN Brand.
- 50% Hand – Coordinate work of others, clarify priorities, drive team objectives and contribute to sustainability of results.
- 10% – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in area of specialisation in a medium to large organization; with experience in supervising others.
- 10% – Minimum of a Degree.

Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
University Degree in Computer Science or Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications:
TOGAF, eTOM, COBIT, Agile, GRCP, ITIL, PMP/Prince 2 certifications Project Management Certification
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Telecoms experience necessary
- 2 years of progressive experience in IT architecture
- Experience with enterprise architecture design, SDLC, Solution Design, Information Management & Data Analytics
- Experience in designing and implementing medium to long term strategic framework models such as TOGAF, eTOM, COBIT, ITIL, TMForum
