Administrative Officer - Reputable Health Facility

Our client is a first-class diagnostic centre situated at the heart of Sunyani, Bono Region with state-of-art technology in providing Laboratory and Pathology, X-Ray, CT scan, Endoscopy, ECG Ultrasound, and Mammography and Routine Health Check-up Services. The Centre requires for immediate employment, the following persons for its operations: Administrative Officer

Duties

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the centre
• Manage office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary

• Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, calls and deliveries
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design and implement new systems

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, communications or a related field
• 3 years of work experience in an administrative/Office management role
• Strong organisational and management skills and ability to prioritise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
