Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill vacancies in our various branches as Microfinance Field Officers
Job Purpose
Development, Management and Monitoring of Groups under the Bank’s Micro Finance Programme.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys and facilitate entry to potential communities to promote microfinance development
- Embark on proper group animation process to strengthen microfinance development

- Ensure proper loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and recovery
- Conduct training needs assessment of clients and provides them with financial literacy training
- Submit periodic reports to management
- Any other duties that may be assigned but the management
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Accounting preferred. HND in Marketing or Accounting may apply
- Good Group formation and management skills
- Must have knowledge of community dynamics and development of Computer Literacy
- Honesty, high sense of integrity and customer-oriented
- Good communication skills in the local language, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Possession of motorbike driving license and riding skills preferred
Location: Bogoso – Western Region
