An exciting job offer exists in Voltic Ghana Limited for a Trade Marketing Manager (FI). Voltic (GH) Limited, being the manufacturer of the leading premium water brand in Ghana for over two decades, has now expanded its portfolio to cover Value Added Dairies.

The role reports to the Country Sales and Marketing Manager with the key purpose of providing trade marketing expertise in developing, formalizing and standardizing a coordinated and focused TM strategy. by creating appropriate frameworks, performance measures and reward systems that enable us to implement brand and channel strategies for sustainable competitive advantage.

In addition to the above focus will be to raise the standard of brand-led, consumer-focused execution. This role will also oversee different beverage categories in the Voltic portfolio i.e. Value Added Dairy

  • Sales integration
  • Managing Market Information
  • Merchandising management and procurement
  • Regional Business/Marketing plan integration
  • Innovation
  • Channel Costing (Shared)
  • Organizational engagement

 

Skills, Experience & Education

  • A bachelors degree with a commercial/business background
  • Minimum 5 years in FMCG environment including hands-on brand management and sales experience.

  • Numeracy skills – ability to feel comfortable working with detail analysis.
  • Ability to deal with Sales, Distribution and Brand issues.
  • Process and project management ability and skills.
  • Ability to persuade and get results through managing a diverse group.
  • Evidence of “brand plan cycle” completed, including implementation of program.
  • Good knowledge of agency ATL/BTL processes including role of research.
