Full Job Description - Read Carefully
The business is a reputable educational and consulting firm. We seek highly motivated, confident and self-driven individuals to join our team as partners on very rewarding plans outside of our payroll system. Personnel may join the payroll system after three (3) months of probation if they so wish.
The Business Development Associate engages and negotiates with retail and corporate bodies in order to establish businesses. Personnel should be open to travel outside Ghana.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The candidate must be eloquent and confident.

- The candidate must have a great command of telephone mannerisms and must be a persuasive/compelling speaker over the phone.
- The candidate must be self-driven with an ability to work under limited supervision.
- Similar work experience is a plus but not required.
- A minimum of a First Degree.
