THE JOB

ROLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE ABOUT YOU

• You are a strong leader with core experience in Quality Management
• Your orientation is both strategic and operational. You will define our Quality Management strategic direction, implement, manage and evaluate it
• You have led Quality Management (QM) functional teams, led their development, and managed performance. It means you are a team leader with experience in managing QM workers including recruitment, training and managing performanc
• You understand the concept of e-commerce and the systems of Quality Management across all aspects of the business; to drive e-commerce Quality Management systems
• You have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations development processes and/or products.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Design, implement and manage Quality Management strategy, processes, and tasks
• Implement and/or utilize all the policies and procedures that are involved in Quality Management, and also ensure that QM operations are executed effectively
• Working with the product managers to design product quality and testing every product consignment to ensure they meet quality
• Liaising with vendors on product quality management
• Maintain compliance with appropriate legal resources and regulatory bodies, Obtaining product FDA approvals and managing all approvals in line with government standard
• Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to packaging and delivery
• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, processes and systems
• Determining and testing the quality of all products. .
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to QM team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinate and/or participates in product testing processes.
• Identify and analyse issues, defects and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Review client, customer, and user feedback.

ACADEMIC ENDEAVORS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, and Business
• Professional Certification in Quality Management is compulsory or a commitment to achieve professional qualification within 2 years of employment. , i.e. ISO 9001:2015:Quality Management Systems
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, MBA or in a related field ( added advantage)
