Role & Responsibilities:
This position will support production via the provision of technical analytical and microbiological services and skills, by carrying out analytical and microbiological analysis according to sampling plans in order to fulfil customer expectations.

Results / Accountabilities
- Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.
- Experience with ISO 22000 standard and able to design an internal GMP checklist, ensuring food safety and reducing nonconformity.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), food safety (HACCP) and product quality standards are enforced
- Oversee all audits (internal and external)
- Ensure acceptable quality standards of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, etc.)
- Able to build and support a food safety culture.
- Perform root cause analysis and investigations for customer complaints, nonconformances, and quality failures
- Identifies quality defects and food safety issues and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends solutions to these issues.
- Experience with HACCP, Halal, FSSC22000 certification
- Implement, train, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality prior to release from the factory.
- Assess training needs and ensure regular training for all personnel.
