You will be responsible to assist the Production Chargehand in the activities of the section to which he is assigned to produce quality product at the right quantities at all times.
A day in the life of…
- Operates any machine on which he has been trained.
- Assists Chargehand inline/machine setup and cleaning in their workstation.

- Packs, seals product into sachets, cans and cases or trays as may be required.
- Palletizes cartons/trays of finished products, attaches slips and transfer it to the warehouse.
- Checks and Cleans Machinery and Equipment and keeps work area orderly at all times.Maintains a clean work area at all times.
- Consumes the right quantities with their corresponding SSCC’s into the right PO when assigned to do so
- Uses only released raw and packaging materials for the production activity.
- Uses only Semi finished product that has passed FTQ for filling.
- Tags Pallets of finished products with appropriate slips and transferred to the warehouse.
What will make you successful
- Ability to maintain Product Quality by spot-checking for correct operating conditions and work methods and reporting deviations for corrections
- Ability to ensure that materials are not unnecessarily wasted
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment and proper personal Hygiene.
- Ability to maintain safety by working the right use of equipments and PPE’s.
