CBL West Africa Limited is the newest player in the biscuit market in Ghana, with aggressive plans for expansion of its product range and distribution within the country and in West Africa. It is a fully owned subsidiary of CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED (CBL), Sri Lanka.
CBL is the market leader in its home country with an extensive range of biscuits, chocolates, and consumer food products in its portfolio. It currently exports to over 60 countries and has manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh and Myanmar.
Our flagship brand in Ghana, MUNCHEE Milk Short Cake is synonymous with its quality, taste, and value for money for the past 15 years. We are in search of an experienced SALES MANAGER:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for distribution and sales operation in Ghana
- Salesforce Management
- Sales forecasting
- Provide critical inputs for pricing decisions
- Design Product Distribution Network Plans
- Create access to retail & managing wholesale/retail promotions

Person Specification
- Proactive Male/Female,
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing or Sales as an added advantage
- Excellent communication, facilitation & Presentation skills
- Exemplary work ethics
- 3-5 years experience in the biscuit industry/FCMG in a similar role in Ghana
- Salary and benefits will be at par with current industry norms
